Huddly AS – Repurchase of own shares

Please see below information about transactions made under the programme for repurchase of own shares in Huddly AS.

Date on which the repurchase programme was announced: 12 January 2022. The duration of the repurchase programme: 12 January 2022 to 29 March 2022. Size of the repurchase programme: Up to 9,561,600 shares, but maximum total consideration: NOK 50 million. For the period 17 February until 23 February 2022, Huddly AS has purchased a total of 232,702 own shares at Euronext Growth at an average price of NOK 7.2525 per share.

Following the completion of the above transactions, Huddly AS owns a total of 4,185,188 own shares, corresponding to 1.93 % of the share capital in Huddly AS.
