Huddly AS – Repurchase of own shares

Please see below information about transactions made under the programme for repurchase of own shares in Huddly AS.

Date on which the repurchase programme was announced: 12 January 2022. The duration of the repurchase programme: 12 January 2022 to 29 March 2022. Size of the repurchase programme: Up to 9,561,600 shares, but maximum total consideration: NOK 50 million. From 12 January until 19 January 2022, Huddly AS has purchased a total of 2,478,177 own shares at Euronext Growth at an average price of NOK 8.7869 per share.

It has previously not been repurchased any own shares under this programme. Following the completion of the above transactions, Huddly AS owns a total of 2,778,193 own shares, corresponding to 1.28 % of the share capital in Huddly AS. This is information that Huddly AS is obliged to make public pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation and subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
